One week after my
birthday passed and I haven’t started yet about my 32 reflections. Ideally, I
put the points throughout the year, whenever I got something to tell or how I
felt about certain things. And… it finished 1,5 months later. Felt tight
recently.
1. My first point is
always about health. Please take care of our health.
2. Listen to our body, we
are what we eat and consume.
3. I got wisdom teeth
removal for the first time, but it turned out not good.
4. A wisdom I really
like: We don’t need to explain ourselves to the world.
5. My biggest change this
year: Speak more straightforwardly and blatantly. And it feels good.
6. So, always be true to
yourself.
7. Groceries are becoming
more and more expensive!
8. Life might seem
unfair, it’s just how the world runs.
9. Every time I got
rejected from scholarships, I wished I was rich enough to pay for my education
and I could study whatever I wanted.
10. Also, from these
multiple rejections, I realized that accepting failures is easy, but having no
idea about what to do next is terrifying :(
11. Staying private feels
comfortable (for me).
12. My new therapy:
Singing (at least) one song a day.
13. The autopilot life
starts to happen. I once used my night skincare in the morning and realized it
three seconds later.
14. And I contemplated it,
was it because of decision fatigue? Feels like so many things to do and to
remember nowadays.
15. Setting a boundary is necessary.
16. People should work 4
days a week or until 3 pm at the latest, so we have more time to do hobbies or
to socialize with friends.
17. Strange but I had zero
gastric pain when traveling, not on any single day.
18. I cut my bangs and the
tip of the hair, and it’s so easy!
19. I experienced under 0 temperature for the first time. So cold, absolutely. But, if we put the right clothes and layering, we could stay comfortable.
20. I’m grateful and happy
to be loved by CJ. Never been loved this much.
